The Care we Provide
We strive to provide care which is personal to our clients and endeavour to see and treat them as individuals and we are pleased for families and friends to continue to provide an active part in their care. The care we provide is monitored by way of care planning and any adjustments are made through regular reviews. If indeed we feel that we can longer provide the care necessary for a particular client we will offer any assistance necessary to help provide appropriate placement.

  Lifestyle within our home
We endeavour to create a warm and friendly environment, which is none institutional and where we try as much as the individual clients allow us,to allow them as much choice as possible in participating in their day.

We are flexible in our routines in providing our care to enable us to respond to our residents changing needs.

We have an open front door for visitors,we encourage and remind friends and relatives that this is their relative or friends home and should be treated like so,therefor they are welcome to visit anytime they wish.

The front door is is unable to be opened from the inside unless a code is placed on the door to open it,therefor this helps to ensure the safety of our residents.

Staff wear uniforms to enable and assist our residents to recognise them.
